Our clients were unfortunate to have suffered flood water damage caused by a water leak since November 2018, within their family home.
After being pushed from company to company, assessor to assesor and having countless meetings they decided to give us a call for guidance and assistance.

We arrived at the property and conducted a thorough inspection, assessing where the leak was caused, why it happened and tracked the water leak to its end point to ensure all areas are restored back to pre incident condition.
Once this was completed our water damage restoration experts got to work, installing machines with the latest technology to assist us in drying their home and monitoring the dehumidfiers.
We drilled a series of holes within the concrete to dry within the foundation of their home which prevents mould and rising damp occurring.
